3) Functional Statements F73 and F74 do not apply to
a) change beginGroup C dwelling units, row houses, boarding houses and lodging houses,
b) Group C apartment and condominium buildings except to the extent described in Article 3.8.2.27. of Division B,
c) Group E shops and stores with a total retail floor space of less than 50 m2 (See Appendix Note A-3.8.2.1.(2)(e) of Appendix A),change end
d) Group F Division 1 occupancies, and
e) buildings that are not intended to be occupied on a daily or full-time basis, including automatic telephone exchanges, pump houses and substations.
